Return Window
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date (as recorded by our courier’s tracking system).
How to Request
Please contact us at aurakicks01@outlook.com with your order details and request. Do not return any items without first receiving confirmation from our team.
Return Instructions
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with the return address and instructions. Items should be placed in their original packaging (or any secure packaging) and must be returned in unused, unworn condition with tags intact.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking and insurance, as AURA KICKS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, or an exchange will be arranged as requested. Please note: delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.
